I don't have much experience of the boy changing room, as I used to take my son of 6 in the women's one, and now he often goes in the mens with hubby, or male friend. From what my son and my nephews say, in the male changing room it is very common for boy of every age to pee on the floor, ecpecially in the lockers. Hubby and my sister husband confirm that many adult do it, too, and sometimes they too relieved themself in a locker tehmselves.
